Claims Policy for Weekly titles

We will replace issues of weekly journals if you contact us to claim the missing issues within two months of the date of publication.

Claims Policy for Monthly titles

We will replace issues of monthly journals if you contact us to claim the missing issues within three months of the date of publication.

In cases where the issue has since gone out of print, we regret that we will be unable to replace, refund or extend your subscription.

In cases where your new subscription includes back issues that are out of print, we will automatically extend your subscription for the number of back issues you are owed.

Unfortunately we cannot offer compensation for supplements that are out of print as supplements are not included in the subscription pricing.

Replacement issues are subject to availability and are limited to three replacements.

When claiming for missing issues please provide the following details:

Customer ID and delivery address Journal title, Volume number and issue number
