During Monday 27th February we became aware of a problem which was impacting areas of the nature.com site and was resulting in users encountering error messages (including when making purchases), experiencing slow loading pages or being denied access to subscribed or licenced content.
The service was partially restored as quickly as possible, but some aspects of the site continued to experience problems until the end of the week. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience.
